Garlic Red Potatoes

Potatoes
Ingredient List: 
2 lbs red potatoes, quartered ¼ cup butter, melted 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp salt ½-1 lemon juiced (according to taste) 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: 
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Place potatoes in 8x8 baking dish. 3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice. Pour mixture over potatoes and stir to coat. 4. Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until just golden brown.
